SHIPPING STATUS

We try our best to send out your packages within a 48hour time frame. That means all orders received before 2pm local Brisbane time on a business day will be shipped out within two business days! Please take care to fill out your full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

Please note; If you order more than two hats they will be boxed in two’s. Outback Territory will supply you with the additional boxes for your hats. These will come flat packed to save on additional shipping chargers incurred by the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Outback Territory is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Outback Territory can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing the order, email  with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
